Dianny Tifa is a bilingual Spanish-speaking Client Services Specialist and Community Health Worker (CHW) at Epilepsy Foundation New England, bringing more than 10 years of healthcare experience. She has extensive experience as both a Medical Assistant and a Certified Community Health Worker, supporting individuals and families across clinical and community settings.
She serves the Providence, Rhode Island, area. She works at the Children’s Neurodevelopment Center (CNDC) at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, where she partners with patients and their families to navigate complex healthcare systems, connect them with community resources, and address the social determinants of health.
Dianny is deeply committed to patient-centered care, health equity, and empowering families affected by epilepsy through education, advocacy, and compassionate support.
