I am Lauren Abrams, an AmeriCorps Community Health Worker with the Epilepsy Foundation. Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, I'm pursuing Exercise Science at the University of Hartford. Graduating in May 2024, I'll continue into University of Hartford Direct Entry Physical Therapy program, aiming to graduate in 2027. I'm passionate about using exercise as a holistic approach to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with epilepsy, which drew me to EFNE.
