Tim Young started volunteering with Epilepsy Foundation New England as a member of the Maine Advisory Council in 2018. Since then, Tim has been a valuable support to our young adults and kids with epilepsy. He has never hesitated to be a volunteer at our Young Adult Retreat and camps. The reason Tim is such a dedicated volunteer is because he did not have the support himself growing up with epilepsy.
Tim is a devoted husband and father to his 8 year old son, Jake. In his free time he is training to be a certified Yoga instructor and participates in road races once a month in his area.
Sarah Specht, Volunteer & Camp Coordinator says: "Tim is extremely patient and fun for the kids to be around. He is willing to take on anything we ask him to do."
