On February 28th, Epilepsy Foundation New England's Board of Directors convened for a productive day of strategic planning, guided by Nanette R. Fridman of Effect Collective. The session brought together Board Members and staff to discuss the Foundation's current and future priorities, as well as initiatives aimed at expanding the scope and impact of its programs and services.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in thoughtful discussions and collaborative exercises designed to ensure that the Foundation remains aligned with its mission of improving the lives of individuals and families affected by epilepsy in New England. The group took a close look at the evolving needs of the epilepsy community, considering how the Foundation can better address gaps in support, raise awareness, and advocate for those living with epilepsy.

The Foundation's Board of Directors and staff left the planning day with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to ensuring that the epilepsy community in New England continues to receive the resources and support it needs to thrive. The Foundation is excited to implement the strategies discussed and build on its mission to provide high-quality services to those impacted by epilepsy.
