My name is Nora, and I am an AmeriCorps member with Epilepsy Foundation New England. Originally from southeastern Massachusetts, I will be completing my service out of Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA. I recently graduated from the University of Rochester with a bachelor’s degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences, which has developed my passion for working with those with neurological differences and disorders. I have spent the past two summers in community-based roles working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I am excited to have the opportunity to continue serving my community and develop my understanding of epilepsy through my role at EFNE. In my free time, I enjoy Irish dancing, hiking, and reading.
