Are you looking for new options to manage generalized tonic-clonic (GTC) seizures?

Epilepsy Foundation New England has partnered with Alcanza Clinical Research in sharing this ongoing clinical trial.

 

A clinical trial for individuals with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (IGE) to study a potential treatment for reducing seizure frequency. 

 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Ages 18-75 years old 

• Diagnosed with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (IGE) with generalized tonic-clonic (GTC) seizures for at least 6 months. 

• History of at least 3 days with a GTC seizure in the last 16 weeks. 

• Currently taking 1-3 anti-seizure medications (ASMs).

• Study-related care and treatment at no cost 

• You may be Compensated for your time and travel
