Client Services Specialist - CHW

Suelita Delorme is a Certified Community Health Worker with a bachelor's in Neuroscience and a master's in Regulatory Affairs. She began her journey with the Epilepsy Foundation New England as an AmeriCorps member in 2021, serving as the Pediatric Epilepsy Resource Room Coordinator, where she delivered education and direct support to pediatric patients and their families. Currently, she serves in a hospital-based role, where she connects families and pediatric patients to resources in their area. She also co-facilitates support SHARE group and helps individuals navigate the challenges of living with epilepsy with warmth and cultural humility. A passionate advocate for youth, she loves creating spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to speak for themselves. Outside of work, she loves getting lost in science fiction novels, taking long walks, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her cat. Her unique blend of healthcare experience, regulatory knowledge, and deep commitment to health equity allows her to help people find their way through a healthcare system that can often feel overwhelming.
