Jessica Bruce
Client Service Specialist
Jessica, best known as Jess, earned her Associate in Science degree in Human Services from Bunker Hill Community College, where she discovered and strengthened her passion for helping others and making a positive impact in her community.
Before joining Epilepsy Foundation New England, Jess spent more than three years in the epilepsy department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she had the opportunity to see firsthand the challenges that individuals and families living with epilepsy can face. Her experiences during this time deepened her desire to support and advocate for those navigating life with epilepsy. After learning more about the Foundation and its commitment to serving the community, Jess was inspired to join the organization as an intern. Through her dedication and passion for helping others, she has since grown into her role as a Client Service Specialist.
Today, Jess finds a great purpose in supporting individuals and families affected by epilepsy. She enjoys connecting people with healthcare services and essential resources, helping them navigate systems that can sometimes feel overwhelming, and reminding them that they do not have to face these challenges alone. For Jess, being a Client Service Specialist is more than a job; it is an opportunity to listen, connect, empower, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
