Jeff Ganz

Jeff arrived at EFNE in 2023 after nearly three decades of pairing work as a lawyer in the for-profit, private sector with extensive board-level and volunteer-based engagement for several mission-driven agencies. In both spheres, Jeff developed and honed his advocacy, team-building, and problem solving skills. He has used those skills to bring people with differing interests together, to recruit, manage, and evaluate personnel, to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes, to push forward DEI goals, and to find efficient technological solutions to complicated problems. Jeff looks forward to using these experiences to support EFNE’s staff, board, and volunteers in every way possible so they can deliver on EFNE’s mission. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Jeff running, cycling, reading, or spending time with his wife, two children, and their 10-year old chocolate lab, Mabel.
