Nicole has served as a member of the New England Epilepsy Foundation board since 2017. Her brother has epilepsy. Her personal involvement with the Epilepsy Foundation started when she held a Zumba ® Fitness Fundraiser for the organization in 2016.
Aside from Nicole’s 5 year-long career in fitness, she is also the producer for the urban affairs talk show CityLine on WCVB-TV (ABC Boston). For over seven years, she has interviewed notable names, including ballerina Misty Copeland, late Mayor Thomas M. Menino, and Star Jones to highlight topics most pertinent to communities of color. Efforts to increase epilepsy awareness in communities of color have also appeared on CityLine.
Nicole lives in Brighton, MA with her boyfriend and cat. She originally hails from Long Island, NY. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds a dual Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies and Cinema Studies with a focus on Media. She enjoys fitness, travelling, and beach trips when she visits home.
